get_new_releases country request parameter removed #223

Hello!
I have been playing around with this package and noticed that the get_new_releases() country parameter does not change the fetched list of releases at all. I made sure to use the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country codes for it. I am based in the Netherlands and even if I try to get all new releases from Australia, I still get mostly Dutch songs. I looked on the Spotify WebAPI docs as well and noticed they don't even have a country parameter for requests. Was it deprecated by Spotify and the R package not updated yet or am I misunderstanding how get_new_releases() function works?
