Given a build.sbt with:

addCompilerPlugin("org.spire-math"  % "kind-projector" % "0.7.1" cross CrossVersion.binary)

We get a libraryDependencies of:

org.spire-math:kind-projector:0.7.1:plugin->default(compile)

But the dependency doesn't end up in deps.nix and the library doesn't get used as an -Xplugin: flag. I don't think we want them on the classpath.
