Pull request has been made.
The project needs some more work to be added.
But till now the home page is ready and working.

If you want to contribute please start on the api part of it.
Two functions are to be added-

1. fetching no of stars, forks , watch and followers of this repository.
   (i tried this by going to (https://api.github.com/repos/chandrikadeb7/hacktoberfest-2021) but i am finding that the count is not matching).
2. The contribution graph of each task along with the details of contributors.
