ok this is getting a bit out of hand. we need to compile an FAQ.

Github recently released issue templates https://github.com/blog/2111-issue-and-pull-request-templates maybe we could include something in there for people to read before submitting an issue.

Interesting. I should suggest this for work since we use github for our
client hmm. Mostly wanna compile an faq since most questions are similar.
