Carousel - pagination sync broken after using dots indicators

🐛 Bug report

Pagination in the carousel is messed up when going from clicking on the dots indicators to scrolling in the carousel (trackpad).

💥 Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://ark-ui.com/react/docs/components/carousel OR https://zagjs.com/components/react/carousel#machine-api
2. Click on a dot indicator at the bottom of the carousel (not the last one)
3. Go over the active slide, try to scroll to the next slide (I am using a trackpad)
4. It will slide back to another slide and mess up the pagination.

🧐 Expected behavior

The carousel should let me reach the next slide and not scroll back to another slide.
