Why am i having this problem any solutions please?

Make sure you have all packages installed
pip install -r requirements.txt

the solution is to downgrade solana to version 0.34.3 -> pip install solana==0.34.3

also possible to use from solders.transaction import Transaction

but then you need to refactor to use this version of Transaction, which is a little bit different
