Enhancement Request for Fine-Tuning Controls in chaiNNer Nodes

Motivation
I'd like to request an enhancement to chaiNNer for increased precision in parameter control within nodes like Unsharp Mask, Hue & Saturation, Brightness & Contrast, among all others.

Description

1. Increase decimal precision to enable finer control over adjustments.
2. Specifically, I'd like to recommend allowing up to four decimal places (e.g., 1.0025).
3. At minimum, expanding all relevant adjustment parameters to two decimal places (e.g., 1.05).

This change would greatly improve precision and flexibility in fine-tuning outputs.
