Save Config Button does nothing

I have just bought a new streamdeck and i was adding my home assistant lights. i created the token and it is able to connect, i see the entities listed but when i complete the config and click save nothing happens. when i configure another button and then come back even the ip and token is gone.

i am using 3.5.2 the latest version of the plugin

home assistant version 2024.10.2 it runs on a virtual machine with ha os

let me know if i should provide any more info

New to stream deck, same issue. HA 2024.11.3 running on Proxmox.

Edit: I just figured out my issue, I had generated a long-life token from a non-admin user and the service call was forbidden in HA. Used an admin user log life token and it's working as expected..
