How to add variables containing “.”?

Normal variables are added without problems, but all where there is a point, for example “air_fryer.target_time” are not displayed, instead of them empty. Is there any way to fix this?

And one more thing, is it possible to change the size of custom labels or put a transition to the next line in custom title to shift the variables a bit?

After testing different objects I realized that “.” still works in some objects. So it looks like I need to write something else instead of the same air_fryer, but I don't understand what(

In general, I did not find a solution, so I just added a custom version of the sensor to the file /homeassistant/configuration.yaml to display all the variables and additionally the icon changed from state to state

That looks complicated, but may be the correct solution. In general, the only variables you can use in the label templates for an entity, is its state and all attributes (you can open the "available variables" section under the custom labels field, to see them).
