User story

• As a filer, I want to navigate the platform on a mobile device, so that I can work on my filing without a desktop computer.

Acceptance criteria

• Given a user accesses the platform on a mobile device, when they open the mobile navigation, then they can navigate the platform.

Team members should create technical tasks and add links (below) prior to sprint planning.
