We added some @ts-expect-error exceptions to get around react-scroll related TypeScript errors while upgrading to React v19
- There is an issue open for these messages on the react-scroll repo but no response from the developer for over a year
We should be able to replace this library by implementing similar behavior via native scrollIntoView function
The library works well but doesn't appear to be well maintained
