recommend using same setup developer-tooling repo has. changesets + akeyless https://github.com/celo-org/developer-tooling/blob/master/.github/workflows/release.yaml

Hi @aaronmgdr,

I’ve implemented the CI/CD workflow as suggested, using the same setup as the developer-tooling repository, including Changesets and Akeyless integration with pnpm for package management.

Could you please review the PR #46 and let me know if there are any additional changes or improvements needed.
