I'd like to spend some time in the FreeBSD OS (14.1) and naturally I'd like to check it's TC coverage
the thing is that I'm not able to start the tests due to issues installing dependencies

alex@bsd14:~/miasm $ uname -a
FreeBSD bsd14 14.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 14.1-RELEASE releng/14.1-n267679-10e31f0946d8 GENERIC amd64

alex@bsd14:~/miasm $ python -V
Python 3.11.9

alex@bsd14:~/miasm $ pip -V
pip 23.3.2 from /usr/local/lib/python3.11/site-packages/pip (python 3.11)

alex@bsd14:~/miasm $ pip install -r ./optional_requirements.txt

Hello @greenozon,

According to the readme, running the tests may require parameterized, unittest, pytest or pytest-xdist depending on your command-line arguments

Thanks for the answer, but in order to be able to run tests I need to install required packages
and I'm not able to do at least this one due to

ERROR: No matching distribution found for llvmlite==0.38.0

do you know why it is locked to specific older version?

These are just for the llvm tests, which represent a small part. I don't even have this package on my local install.
If you really want llvmlite, you can get the right version on their github if it's not available on PyPi
