Enhancement: order in city properties list

The city properties list is not (visibly) ordered, which is cumbersome.

I mentioned this years ago on the forum, apologies for asking again. It would be nice to have this list always in the same order.

Again, apologies if this is already in the latest update.

is the order currently just random? I have honestly not thought about it before.

With how properties are done, we have to investigate exactly how to solve this (its not as straightforward as I would like)

It is stable for each city, but also different for each city. Having these in the same order across all cities (e.g. sorted alphabetically) would make it easier to spot negative disease, crime or education.

This is a minor annoyance. Possibly only an issue on larger screens because then the value is far away from the property name... which takes a little extra time to spot.
