Avoid closing until application is launched

Currently tzompantli closes immediately after launching the application, however this causes a short interval in catacomb where the desktop is shown before the application is launched.

Ideally tzompantli would stay open until the application is launched, potentially even indicating to the user that the click was registered and launching is in progress.
