How good is our support for mutation transformations? Might be easier to implement it by having active/inactive variants, but only if it won't cause weirdness.
The issue is that right now, we only have one stat for movement speed multiplier. We either split it into two (active/inactive bonus), split mutations into two (active/inactive) or force certain bonuses to only count for active or inactive.
Describe the bug
The speed boost for Insect Wings is on all the time even when the mutation is off, making the resource burn for turning it on pointless.
Steps To Reproduce
Mutate insect wings and check your speed.
