Casibase popup is very annoying

The AI chat overlay pops up every single time I open the website. It is very annoying, especially on a smartphone where it covers the entire page. It does not happen when I follow links in a single tab, but if I open a few background tabs, it pops in each one.

Please, configure the popup so it only appears when the the website is visited for the first time only and save it's state in cookies or whatever.

We need to change it to pop up only one time, if closed and the user goes to next page, it will not show up within 24 hours
