Why is dream texture breaking my uv scan?

I watched a video lesson and there a man did the following: he created a model and made a uv for it. After that, he made a copy of the model and rotated it, and then made a texture. I started doing the same thing, but it didn't work out. All the time, the texture is kind of crooked, as if a small piece of texture is obtained, and everything else breaks down. Then I saw that at the moment of creating the texture, a new uv is being created for me. You can see it well here
(1)I made a uv for the model (a pack of chips according to the idea)

(2) I made a copy of this object and rotated it

(3) I started the generation and my uv itself changed dramatically

(4) the picture was not made correctly as a result

Please help me, what did I do wrong?
