Getting errors after model installation and texture generation.

I've installed the latest GitHub release (0.2.0) into Blender 3.5.1. I also tried a clean install of Blender 3.1.2, as I found that 3.1 was mentioned in the "init.py" file. This gave the same issues.

Installation of the addon succeeds without any problems.

After installation of a model, I get the following error in the console:

OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'C:\Users\Daan\.cache\huggingface\hub\models--stabilityai--stable-diffusion-2-1-base\blobs\W/"76e821f1b6f0a9709293c3b6b51ed90980b3166b.lock'

Same in case of a different model:

OSError: [Errno 22] Invalid argument: 'C:\Users\Daan\.cache\huggingface\hub\models--stabilityai--stable-diffusion-2-1\blobs\W/"76e821f1b6f0a9709293c3b6b51ed90980b3166b.lock'

When clicking "Generate", I get the following error:

I tried a depth model in the 3D viewport and tried the "standard" model in the image editor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
