Websocket support

Hi Carsten,

First thank you for great and simple proxy server. It saved me in terms of exposing localhost only of chromium dev tools debugging application.
What I have came acrosss is support for websockets. As mentioned, I am trying to use Dev tools debugging for Chromium based application for remote debugging and besides successful http serving via proxy, debugging is using ws as well and that's where it can't go through.

I was digging around and trying several things, even by creating simple proxy and for ws only but just could not get it to work.

I have never used Rust and have no experience with it. How difficult would be to add websocket support?
