Health DeviceStatus is wrong

If I approve and then revoke the Health service permissions, then I'm not allowed to check if the permission is granted anymore and this is a known behavior. But when I click connect, even though I do not have the permissions, or the way to ask for them through the app (this is after asking once or twice) I get the status DeviceStatus.connected even though I'm not.
