Automatically create projects based on event type. #3

Based on event type, Alexander should be able to automatically create a project with standard subtasks, plus calculate notification dates.

Exampel:

Christmas happens on 24/12.
Alexander knows this, creates a christmas project and schedules shopping earlier during the year.
