Describe the need of your request

The address of Azure OpenAI is not 'openai.azure.com'. Can I configure a complete domain name?
Custom OpenAI Azure OpenAI does not support the.azure-api.net interface, the input and output format is incorrect

Proposed solution

Configuring a full domain name
The Azure OpenAI plugin for gpt-tools is fine
