Add an explanation of the starter pack

A "What is the Documentation Starter Pack?" type of explanation page would be helpful. Right now, the docs just have the homepage and instructions how to use it, but it'd be good to provide docs to bridge the gap between a total beginner and someone actively implementing the starter pack.
