feature request: Add a terraform module for mysql-k8s

Currently, in order to integrate mysql-k8s in a terraform module, we need to define a resource juju_application (example). In order to facilitate the use of mysql-k8s in other terraform modules, we 'd need to create a module that would ideally align with referenced spec and would be integrate-able in higher-level modules (example).

In the analytics team, that's how we tackled the same tasks for our charms canonical/training-operator#200.
