At the moment, every election is recalculated every time anyone visits the results page. This means the results could change for past elections if we ever change our OpenSTV implementation or random seeding etc.
There should be a way for elections to be "finalised" by the RO (or maybe automatically after a week), which means that it saves the results page and re-serves that in the future
