Provide some sort of binary builds for Ubuntu 16.04 #189

@devshgraphicsprogramming

A lot of people have really messed up package dependencies not making it possible to install libqt5-base-dev which makes a source build rather painful.

So it would be nice if there were binaries built with Ubuntu 16.04 or older available for download
OR
If the makefile supported building with non-system-default libqt5 (some sort of env-var that could be set to redirect it)

Yes, it would be convenient to have some .deb packages to work with.

@devshgraphicsprogramming I had some luck building a "FlatPak". See: FugroRoames#9

Testing welcome.
