Reduce complexity of data model

Currently, the data model is to complex and redundant, leading to difficult usage and extension.

This is mainly caused by the mixture of storing the configuration (especially configured architecture) and enriched information (I.e. the result of the user and evolution decomposition).

A proper design separating the different concerns must be found which is optimized for easy and efficient querying without taking a loss in extensibility.
