File Explorer Freezing

So I'm not sure if it's really an issue related to this tool but whenever I open the File Explorer and I want to open a folder (eg. Downloads) the File Explorer freezes.
At first I thought that would be some weird Windows bug but all of the solutions I found online didn't fix the issue.
I restored Windows and applied the patches within the tool again. Everything worls fine but now after a week of usage the File Explorer freezes again.

I'm also having this issue right after using ThisIsWin11. It completely breaks File Explorer trying to open any folder even after reboot. Using the restore point ThisIsWin11 made, it does NOT fix the issue after a successful restore.
