Outdated sample files

There are currently two repositorties with sample files - https://github.com/buildingSMART/Sample-Test-Files and https://github.com/buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-sample-models, those repos share some files that appear to be invalid in https://github.com/buildingSMART/Sample-Test-Files but already fixed in https://github.com/buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-sample-models
