support all SQL Server connection parameters

although ddbc supports enough common connection parameters to connect to SQL Server there are additional options that are ignored by ddbc and should be implemented. Parameters such as Failover_Partner, Encrypt, andothers.

This is now a blocker issue on Ubuntu 24.04 as the SQL Server ODBC 18 driver requires additional security-related parameters to be able to connect at all and the ODBC 17 that will work is not available on Ubuntu 24.04.

I've had to fork and add an overload to ODBCConnection to support arbitrary connection strings.

Are you referring to TrustServerCertificate? The tests for this project use msodbcsql18 with SQL Server 2022 and connect ok.

These were the extra parameters I had to add to get it to work on my production systems: Encrypt=Mandatory;TrustServerCertificate=Yes

For now I've just put in some minor changes as version 0.7.0 that will allow you to do something like:

attribs["trust_server_certificate"] = "yes";

auto driver = new ODBCDriver();

DataSource ds = new ConnectionPoolDataSourceImpl(driver, url, attribs);

it probably makes sense to do away with the the way attributes are currently done (mapping keys defined in ddbc to the equivalent SQL Server attribute). Perhaps that's something that can be done for the next version. Keeping it as string[string] is probably preferable.

In general, I agree. Each driver is going to have it's own set of connection parameters, so it's probably best to forward a specific connection string instead of trying to map a single connection syntax onto all the different drivers.
