home (sway): Configure open on directories to use Nautilus, not VSCode #46

For some reason, when using open on a directory it will start VSCode instead of nautilus. Since open is backed by xdg-open, default applications can be configured this way. See also here which seems to be a more idomatic way of configuring default applications.
