Scrolling right in the editor causes a wide line of text to step on the row numbers #2575

Repro is with Brim commit ab5b75d using the same steps as shown in #2574

As shown in the attached video, when I "scroll right" in the editor window when I have a very wide line of text, the text that's pushed leftward steps on the light gray markers of the row numbers.

Verified in Zui commit f1aef59.

As shown in the attached video, now when we load the same query and scroll right, the text from the wide line no longer steps on anything else.

That said, while verifying this I did bump into a separate issue that I've opened as #3052.
