Accept 24-word BIP39 mnemonics #134

The BIP39 proposal allows for a source entropy greater than 128 bits (12 words) to be expressed as a mnemonic. Mnemonic sentences with 24 words are becoming more popular, and rightly so as they give better protection against future quantum computer threats.

Could you please implement 24-word BIP39 mnemonics, at least for importing, and maybe later set as the standard new generated wallet?
