Description

Can't drag tabs to another window when tabs are vertical and minimised

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set tabs to vertical mode
  2. Minimise tabs
  3. Drag tab from one window to another

Actual result

Window with dragged tab blinks

Expected result

Tab should attach to another window

Yes you can, but it has to be on the top of the VT strip when VT is collapsed.

Anyway, this is a duplicated of #32932 and if you searched for it, you would have seen the videos about it and know it can be done.

It's an old bug, but that issue got re-assigned to an active Brave team member and hopefully it will get fixed soon.
