Really bad flickering, blurring, showing artefacts all over the screen

Description

As the title says, really bad flickering, bluring in certain parts, like some problem with gpu optimization. Often showing black artefacts, mainly squares and rectangels that are very big, on random spots. The browser is sometimes making my screen flicker really badly. Not a problem of my monitors tho, both of them show the same thing, other browsers work without any problems. When taking a screenshot for example, the picture has the same problem, as shown in some of the photos. I tried reinstalling all the drivers for my gpu, tried reinstalling brave, changing refresh rates, reseting settings and more. Nothing worksd, issue persists. Pardon my bad english.

My setup is:
Nvidia GTX 1070ti
R5 3600
Viewsonic VA3208 monitor.

2. Open browser
3. Start browsing. You will see.
