Safari has a feature called "Hide Toolbar" that allows you to keep the toolbar hidden even during scroll events. The toolbar is only revealed once the user interacts with the small address bar at the bottom of the screen.
Such a feature would be beneficial to see in Brave, especially on sites such as YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, and so forth, as hiding the toolbar allows for better utilization of screen space and more immersion.
