Boundary "Free" does nothing, but "Free_o2" / "Free_o3" extrapolates #2958

For other boundaries the "x" is a synonym for "x_o2".

Should we remove "free"? This would avoid silent changes to models
Should "free" be the same as "free_o2"? This might be more in line with other boundaries.

There is "none" and "null" to do the same as "free" currently.
