알 수 없는 이유로, 머지에서 충돌이 났던 것인지

예전에 지웠던 설정인

    "strictNullChecks": true,
    "noImplicitAny": false,
    "strictBindCallApply": false,

이런 설정들이 tsconfig에 남아있는데, 싹 없애고, 발생하는 에러도 모두 없애서 패치하겠습니다.
