Automatically grant su permissions

Reproduce method/复现方法

1. Install"快手/快影/TapTap"
2. You will find that the manager automatically grants su permissions
3. Turn off its permissions and then restart the device
4. You will find that the manager automatically grants su permissions again

Expected behavior/预期行为

It will not grant su permissions to any application

Actual behaviour /实际行为

Automatically grant su permissions to newly installed applications and automatically grant them after restarting the device.
