[http API test suite] implement HTTP test suite for Yaci Store

currently we are having HTTP API test suite for Yaci Store but we only had for address and epotch suite

we need to increase the cover and cover the basic case of all the Yaci service that include :

• asset
• block
• governance
• script
• staking
• pool
• transaction
• utxo
