export-import process for 1.0.0 beta release

I just saw the release notes for the 1.0.0 beta release and saw this:

⚠️ This is a complete architecture overhaul - existing deployments will need fresh setup

So I was wondering, how is the recommended steps to export all my notes and import them after updating to 1.0.0 beta?

Am I right to think I need to do this?

It is recommended that you directly back up the Docker mount directory and the .blinko directory of the database.
