Hello, I was wondering if there were any plans on adding the ability to add or remove cameras without restarting the entire process. For example in instances with large amounts of cameras (ie 100+) the system can take some time to restart after adding, editing, or removing a camera (usually between 1 and 5 minutes). This is a blackout period in which users can loose all detections, recordings, and any other information during this time. For sensitive environments wanting to use Frigate these blackout periods can be detrimental to operation security. I believe it would be desirable to either watch for config changes and only update changes or add API endpoint to patch the config without restarting the entire instance. Thank You!

This already exists including the camera wizard which has been added in 0.17

It will require UI (or explicit API) handling, so it will only work for things supported there, which is planned to increase in future versions.
