Ability to pause/disable zones without a restart

Home Assistant pulls my Reolink Trackmix PTZ Pan and Tilt positions. It would be nice if I could setup zones for my cameras 'home' position and then pause them when it's away from it's home position.
Ideally Frigate would also be able to get the PT positions, but if a zone could at least be 'paused/disabled' via HA integration or MQTT it could be automated from outside of Frigate.
Even better would be zones per preconfigured 'views' but I guess that would be a stretch.

Unfortunately there is no ONVIF standard call that can be used for all PTZ cameras that will reliably report the position. See this related past discussion and feature request.

There is already an open feature request for toggling masks and zones here: #3621

You can follow that one for updates. Closing this as a duplicate.
