first of all, i think sealed-secrets is an awesome project. We use it a couple of years in our company.

I want to mention a little project that we started a few years ago: https://github.com/Jaydee94/kubeseal-webgui
It's a simple web ui that you can deploy into your kubernetes cluster and seal secrets with the kubeseal binary in your web browser.
