Yahoo CalDAV and CardDAV work! I tested it on Android 8.0

Just update URL:
Correct URL for both CardDAV and CalDAV is https://yahoo.com

Application password most likely is required. My account already has 2FA and I generated application password for DavX5. I do not think CardDAV/CalDAV will work with regular Yahoo password even without 2FA (IMAP/SMTP/POP do not work with main password) but you are welcome to test.

Hi, Yahoo sometimes works, and other times it doesn't. It's very unreliable, you've been lucky, that's why we say that it won't probably work on the documentation.

If they make any official statement regarding CardDAV/CalDAV, we might dig again into it, but AFAIK it's not on their scope.

It consistently works with CardDAV URL https://yahoo.com on all Android phones (DAVx5) and iPhones (built-in CardDAV client)

I have no single phone where Yahoo CardDAV does not work.
The only problem is that URLs mentioned in https://www.davx5.com/tested-with/yahoo-mail are incorrect. Correct URL for both CardDAV and CalDAV is https://yahoo.com

Yahoo will not make any official statement because Yahoo (and AOL) does not not exist anymore, but their CardDAV still works.

The same is true for AOL: AOL uses same backend as Yahoo (you can consider aol.com as one of Yahoo domains) and their carddav/caldav URL https://aol.com works as well (and listed as working on https://www.davx5.com/tested-with/aol-mail).

That's how I found Yahoo CardDAV server: if working AOL carddav is https://aol.com, then working Yahoo carddav is https://yahoo.com.
