Named arguments for easiness of use

I was trying the library, and I noticed that when using the methods, they don't have named arguments.

Would be more clear if they did.

looking into this right now. its looking to me like this might require changes in upstream uniffi-dart codegen to emit named params for the generated constructors/methods. we could add a local wrapper layer in bdk-dart but that is something we likely want to avoid on this project, I'll keep digging and figuring out if we just want to open an issue asking the question upstream in uniffi-dart
