Description
Is there anywhere that a PI/anyone could upload their project idea's to? I would say it could be a good community resource that people can share their idea's for things that could be done but that they dont have the time to do themselves. The "submitter" would be recorded so that they could be contacted for further details if required. There could be a optional attribute for each idea where the submitter could indicate if they would be interested (or not) in taking-on such a project if it was developed to a certain level within a hackathon to give it longevity.
