Data format request for ML

I trying to figure out the code tcga/r_scripts/Run-All-TCGA-Machine-Learning-Comparisons-Across-All-Decontaminated-Data-Types.R, but I feel confused about the input files *.RData. May I know these *.RData (snmDataSampleTypeWithExpStrategyFINAL.RData, snmDataDecontam4Datasets_Nov112019.RData, snmDataAndMetadataDecontamPlateCenter.RData and tcgaPathBinnedData.RData) are made up of what files? Now I only know tcgaVbDataAndMetadataAndSNM.RData consists of Metadata-TCGA-Kraken-17625-Samples.csv and Kraken-TCGA-Raw-Data-17625-Samples.csv. Sorry to bother you.
