The URL for phenomenet-vp-2.1-data.zip has expired

When I followed the tutorial to run DeepPVP using Docker, I found that everything else was running normally, but some data files were missing and couldn't be downloaded, such as gene_interactions.txt. When I tried to download them, I discovered that the URL corresponding to phenomenet-vp-2.1-data.zip (http://bio2vec.net/pvp/data-v2.1.tar.gz) is no longer accessible.
